• Plavky: At Aqualand, proper swimwear is required for all rides and attractions.
• Zvířata: At Jungle Park you can watch the animals, but please never feed them with your own food. This is strictly forbidden to protect their health.
• Chování: Visitors under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave both parks without any refund. These are family-friendly attractions.
• Děti: All children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
• Platnost vstupenky: When you buy the Aqualand & Jungle Park combo tickets with Club Canary, you pick a date for your first visit. From that day, your ticket is valid for 90 days to visit the second park on any other day you choose. Please note: each park can only be entered once.
• Storno Podmínky: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your first chosen date. If you cancel between 24–72 hours before, you’ll receive 60% back. Cancelling within 24 hours gives you a 40% refund. Once you have entered the first park, no refund or cancellation is possible anymore for the second park.
