Arrival Time And Missed Bus Rules
- Please be at your Loro Parque bus stop at least 10 to 15 minutes before the pickup time shown on your ticket.
- The coaches used for the transfer are modern buses with GPS trackers. If the tracker and driver confirm the bus was at the stop and you were not there, the booking is recorded as a missed bus.

If your hotel is not near an Express stop but is inside the standard pick-up zones, you may join the standard bus route with a few more stops, which can make the journey slightly longer. Step 3, Direct Transfer And Return
The Loro Parque bus uses the TF-1 highway for a smooth transfer to Puerto de la Cruz. This is a direct transport service, not a sightseeing tour. The return bus normally leaves the park at 16:30 and arrives back in the south around 18:00, depending on traffic. On Fridays the return is a little later, leaving at 17:00.
