🕒 Schedule & Pick-up:
• Pick-up starts around 09:00 (exact time confirmed after booking)
• Return to the south around 16:30 (can vary slightly)
• The bus is marked “Sierra y Gonzalez Vips”

📍 Pick-up areas:
• Pick-up is available in main tourist areas in the south
• Pick-up is normally not available from: Los Gigantes, Palm Mar, Golf del Sur, El Médano, Santa Cruz area
• Please leave your hotel name in the booking notes (not an address). We confirm the exact meeting point after booking

💳 Payment on the day:
• You reserve with a deposit, then pay the remaining balance on the bus in cash
• No card machine is available on the bus, so please bring cash for the balance

🚠 Cable car (optional):
• The Teide cable car is not included
• Some guests may have cable car tickets, and the group may wait while they go up
• The cable car often stops due to wind or weather, and tickets can be non refundable close to the tour date

🍽️ Lunch break:
• A lunch break is planned during the tour
• Lunch is not included, you can bring your own food or buy something at a local restaurant

• Warm clothing is recommended (Teide can be cold, even on sunny days)

• The bus does not have a toilet

💳 Deposit & maksmine

• You reserve with a deposit via Club Canary. This deposit counts toward your total price.
• The remaining balance is paid in cash on the bus to the guide on the day of the tour.
• No card machine is available on the bus.
• The deposit secures your seat but does not protect against late cancellations or no-shows.

🗓️ Tühistamispoliitika

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour for a full refund.
• Between 24-72 tundi before the tour: deposit is lost.
• Between 6–24 hours before the tour: deposit is lost + 35€ inimese kohta penalty.
• Vähem kui 6 tundi before the tour or no-show: deposit is lost + 45€ inimese kohta penalty.
• Rühmad 5 or more: cancellation penalties are applied at double rate.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour or miss the bus, you remain responsible for the remaining balance.

• Please arrive at your confirmed pick-up point on time. If you are late and the group cannot locate you, the bus must continue.
• If you believe your pick-up was missed, call the number on your ticket immediately.
• Our buses are GPS tracked to verify arrival times and locations.
• Respect the guide, other guests, and the vehicle. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
• Any concerns during the tour must be discussed directly with the guide on the spot.

🌦️ Weather & Practical Conditions

• Tenerife mountain areas can be significantly colder. Bringing warm clothing is your responsibility.
• The bus does not have a toilet and is not wheelchair accessible.
• Food and drinks are not included. You may bring your own snacks, but strong smells and messy items are not permitted on the bus.
• The guide may request that food is consumed only during designated stops.
• If weather or operational issues require route adjustments, the supplier may modify the program without refund.
