- The remaining balance is paid on the day of the activity directly at the jet ski base.
- The deposit secures your reservation but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is not available for this activity due to limited spots and high demand.
- Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the tour result in the deposit being non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour incur the loss of the deposit plus a 25€ penalty per jet ski.
- Less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows result in the loss of the deposit, and the remaining balance is still due.
- If illness or emergencies occur, please contact us immediately — we will always try to assist where possible.
Responsibility & Conduct
- Club Canary collaborates exclusively with licensed local operators who follow all safety and legal requirements.
- Guests under 24 years old must bring a valid passport or ID for verification.
- Late arrivals are considered no-shows, and the full payment remains due.
