This is a premium Jeep rental in Tenerife for travelers who want a fun, confident drive on normal roads, scenic routes, and safe dirt roads. It’s the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 2023, and there is only one on the island, so please book with care and drive responsibly.

Schedule & Rental Duration:
• Minimum rental: 24 hours (no shorter rentals)
• Pick-up and drop-off time is agreed after booking (keep your phone available)
• We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance in busy periods

Transport & Delivery Options:
• Free delivery to hotels and well-known meeting points in South Tenerife
• Non-hotel stay: choose a clear nearby meeting point (mall, hotel, petrol station, etc.)
• North Tenerife delivery (for rentals longer than 3 days) can be arranged, fees from 95€
• This rental is for Tenerife only. For longer-term rentals, delivery to other Canary Islands may be possible on request

Driver Rules:
• Driver must be 25+ with 2+ years driving experience
• Additional driver available: 7.50€ per day
• Basic English or Spanish is recommended for road situations (police checks, minor incidents, etc.)

Off-Road Use (Important):
• Light driving on regular dirt roads is allowed at your own risk
• Avoid rocky tracks, steep drops, drifting, and “testing the limits”
• If you drive off-road on unregistered/unsafe roads, insurance does not cover it
• Damage caused off-road, reckless driving, or drifting is your responsibility

Kilometre Policy:
• Each rental includes a generous kilometre allowance (depends on your rental duration)
• Extra kilometres above the limit are charged at 3€ per km
• Check your included kilometres in the booking details before confirming

Deposit, Insurance & What’s Covered:
• Safety deposit: 1000€ (cash or card) paid at delivery
• Fully refundable after return if the Jeep is in good condition
• Insurance covers most damages, but tyres, wheels, and windows are excluded
• Deposit can be used for traffic fines, lost keys, cleaning, or repairs not covered by insurance

Fuel Policy:
• Return with the same fuel level as received
• Most deliveries are with a low tank, so plan a fuel stop after pick-up
• Our staff will confirm the correct petrol type and nearest petrol station

What You Can’t Do With the Car:
• No drifting, burnouts, or aggressive driving
• Do not leave valuables inside (theft risk is on the driver)
• If something happens, contact us immediately so we can help fast

Cancellation Policy (Jeep Hire Tenerife):
• Free cancellation up to 20 days before the booking date
• 10–20 days before: loss of 50% of the down payment (7.5% of total)
• 5–10 days before: loss of the full down payment (25% of total)
• 1–5 days before: loss of 25% plus 125€ per day booked (max 625€)
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: loss of 25% plus 250€ per day booked (max 1000€)
• There is only one Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon on the island. If the vehicle has an accident, unexpected issue, or urgent maintenance, the booking may be cancelled. We will look for a reasonable solution, and if none is available, the deposit will be refunded for advance bookings

Breakdowns & Assistance:
• 24/7 roadside assistance included
• If there is a breakdown, contact your assigned contact person immediately
• We will arrange support, repair, replacement, or compensation depending on the situation
