• For groups of 7 or more, free cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before departure.
• If you cancel after the free cancellation period, the full deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel late (within 24 hours, or 48 hours for groups), a penalty of 25€ per person applies in addition to the lost deposit.
• If you cancel less than 2 hours before departure or do not show up, you lose your deposit and must pay a 35€ per person penalty.
