- All cancellations must be requested by email to office@clubcanary.com.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure, or 72 hours for groups of 7 or more.
- After the free period, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancel late (within 24 hours, or 48 hours for groups): a 25€ per person penalty applies in addition to the lost deposit.
- Cancel less than 2 hours before, or no-show: you lose the deposit and pay a 35€ per person penalty.
Medical Exceptions
- In case of illness, penalties can only be waived with an official medical certificate.
- The document must be issued by a doctor or hospital in Tenerife and clearly state that you cannot attend the trip.
- Without valid documentation, the standard policy applies.
