On the Monte Cristo Catamaran you have at your disposal

The private trip includes

Monte Cristo Tenerife private

1. Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
2. To make a reservation you only pay a down payment. When we have received the down payment we will book your preferred date.
3. The balance must be paid at least 3 days before your departure date. Someone from Monte Cristo team can come to your hotel in case you want to pay this in cash, or it can be arranged by bank transfer.
4. If you want to travel with the Monte Cristo to Los Gigantes and Masca you have to rent the boat for 6 hours. To do so you need to book the 3 hour private trip twice or contact the Club Canary team.
5. Bring for this boat excursion: sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, swimwear.
6. The crew of this boat speaks several languages.
7. A maximum of 23 participants can board the Monte Cristo catamaran.
8. When you use the free pick up service from Monte Cristo, make sure you have your phone with your listed phone number on you. The driver may call you if he cannot find you.
9. On the boat, there are sunbathing spots and sitting areas in the shade. 
10. Please note that due to lack of space, wheelchairs are not allowed onboard. 
11. You will be asked to take your shoes off. Shoes and flip-flops will remain stored until the boat’s return to the port. 
12. Try to not eat anything 2 hours before departure.
13. It is advisable to take a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
14. Smoking is allowed only at the back of the boat.

Monte Cristo charter Puerto Colon

1. Meeting point: Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón. Gate 6.  This is at the front of the harbor on the left back side.
2. You should attend at least 15 minutes before departure time. 
3. The guide will pick you up in front of the gate, and then escort you to the boat.
4. There are spacious parking areas in the port of puerto colón. The hourly rate is approximately 1.20€.
5. Open the location on google maps, find here the departure location and the office of Club Canary. 
6. If you come to the departure point by yourself and want to use the drop-off service afterwards, indicate it on the order note.

Monte Cristo boat charter policy

1. The private catamaran trip requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
2. For the Monte Cristo charter, you pay a deposit to book your date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before your departure date. You will find the payment details in the order confirmation.
3. You may cancel or reschedule the boat trip for free up to 7 days in advance. Send us your request by email: office@clubcanary.com. 
4. PLEASE NOTE: Monte Cristo charter bookings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to departure time are subject to an additional penalty of 300€ in addition to the deposit paid. This is to compensate for the preparations for your trip and the staff already hired. This rule will also be stated on your E-ticket.
5. Should you not show up for any reason, and you have not contacted us regarding this (at least 5 hours before departure time). Then you will lose the deposit paid and get a fine of 600€. This is because the crew and prepared food for you is already arranged and waiting for you.
6. If you get sick or want to end the trip earlier, you won’t get refunded.
7. Should you be late on the day of your boat trip, it will be deducted from your hired time. Should the boat leave late (which is not your fault), the lost time will be added to your trip. 
8. Should you come with less or more persons than indicated. Contact us up to 12 hours before the departure time. You will then either get a refund of the extra amount paid or we will send you a payment link to settle the deposit for the extra people.
9. Allergies and important food wishes have to be passed on to us in the order note.
