🗓️ Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation or reschedule up to 14 days before the trip.
• Between 7 and 14 days before departure, a 50% refund applies.
• Less than 7 days before the trip, cancellations are non-refundable.
• No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

⚖️ Responsibility & Conduct

• Club Canary acts as a booking agent for the Monte Cristo Catamaran in Costa Adeje.
• All onboard decisions, safety measures, and route changes are handled by the captain and crew.
• Guests are expected to follow crew instructions and behave respectfully during the private charter.
• We are not responsible for missed departures or personal issues during the trip.

🌦️ Weather & Timing

• Trips depend on suitable weather conditions. If we cancel due to bad weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• If the captain considers conditions unsafe before departure, you can choose a full refund or a new date at no extra cost.
• If you decide to end the trip early for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival will reduce your charter duration. If the delay is on our side, your time will be extended accordingly.
