Motor Boat Rental Gran Canaria

1. Ticket Information: Remember to bring your Club Canary ticket; it can be digital or printed, whichever is convenient for you.
2. Payment Methods: Please carry cash and a credit card, as we require final payment before the tour starts.
3. Essentials to Pack: Don’t forget your swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen to enjoy the sun safely.
4. Multilingual Crew: Rest easy knowing our boat crew speaks several languages, ready to assist you.
5. Limited Participants: The yacht can accommodate up to 10 participants, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience.
6. Comfort Guaranteed: The yacht is fitted with sunbathing spots and shaded sitting areas, for relaxation as you prefer.
7. Accessibility: Unfortunately, the yacht is not wheelchair accessible.
8. Smoking Areas: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the yacht.
9. Pick-Up Arrangements: Pick-up service is available. Please communicate your pick-up preferences in advance.
10. Special BBQ Wishes (4+ Hours Only): Let us know if you have specific preferences for the BBQ. If not specified, we’ll provide a standard pack with a variety.

Location & Timing: For those not using pick-up service:

Rent a Motor Boat Gran Canaria Policy

1. Weather Conditions: This adventure is contingent upon favorable weather. If unfavorable conditions arise, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund. The decision on weather conditions and the viability of the trip is solely at the discretion of the captain and crew, not the client.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancel or change your plans without a fee up to 8 days in advance by reaching out to office@clubcanary.com.
3. Partial Refund: Cancellations made 5-8 days in advance will result in a 40% refund of the paid deposit.
4. Short Notice Fee: Cancellations within 48-24 hours of the trip will incur a 50€ per hour booked fee as compensation for losses, the deposit will not cover.
5. Last-Minute Cancellation: Failure to show up or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 100€ per hour fee.
6. Complaints: Any complaints or refund requests must be discussed and settled with the captain on the day of the trip. Club Canary does not have the authority to offer refunds once you board the yacht without the permission of the yacht owner, as we are not present on the day of the trip.

Additional Information:

The deposit asked at the time of booking is for ease and advanced bookings. However, it doesn’t cover the losses in case of cancellations. By booking the motor yacht charter, you are agreeing to adhere to these policies (terms). We make booking simpler and more accessible, yet it is crucial for customers to respect the mentioned terms to maintain the quality and availability of our services.
