- You reserve the Seaduction with a deposit, and it counts toward the total price.
- The balance is paid before departure, as shown on your Club Canary booking. The deposit secures the yacht for your group only.
Preklic
- Up to 4 days before: free cancellation or reschedule. 2 to 4 days before: the deposit is retained.
- 24 to 48 hours before: deposit plus 75€ per booked hour. Less than 24 hours or a no-show: deposit plus 150€ per booked hour.
- Late arrival reduces your sailing time. If the delay is on our side, the lost time is added back.
Vreme
- The Seaduction sails only in safe conditions. If weather makes sailing unsafe, you can reschedule or get a full refund. Weather decisions are made by the captain for safety.
Conduct, Health & Assistance
- Guests must follow crew instructions and local maritime rules. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may end the trip without a refund.
- If seasickness requires an early return, refunds are not possible, so take precautions before boarding. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs in advance.
