Flexible Cancellations:

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
If you cancel within 4 days of your trip, don’t show up, or are late without notifying us, the deposit is non-refundable to cover preparations made in anticipation of your trip. Cancel between 2-4 days ahead, and the deposit is retained. Cancel 24-48 hours before, and it’s the deposit plus a 75€ per hour fine. Less than 24 hours or a no-show? The deposit and a 150€ per hour fine apply, reflecting the impact on our scheduling, prepared food and drinks, and staff.
On the Day:
If you’re late, it cuts into your trip time. If we’re delayed for reasons beyond your control, we’ll extend your outing accordingly. Let us know of any allergies or dietary preferences in your booking notes.
Seasickness:
While we aim for smooth sailing, seasickness won’t merit a refund, especially if it requires itinerary changes.
