1. When you order your banana tour tickets through Club Canary, you are assured of our garancija najboljše cene.
2. You may cancel or reschedule your banana farm visit for free up to 24 hours in advance. Send your request by email: office@clubcanary.com.
3. Pravila odpovedi:
   • Cancel between 6–24 hours → 50% refund.
   • Cancel between 1–5 hours → 50% refund in a Club Canary voucher (valid 2 years, usable on all activities except theme park tickets).
   • Cancel less than 1 hour before or no-show → No refund.
   For groups of 8 or more, these rules apply with double strictness.
4. Voucher after your visit: besides the ticket, you receive a discount voucher for your next Tenerife activity. You will receive an email note with instructions. To claim it, send us a WhatsApp and our team will calculate your voucher and send it to you.
   • Voucher validity: 6 months to use on a future booking.
   • Claim window: please request the voucher within 5 days after your visit.
   • One-time use only and non-transferable: the new booking must be made by the same person who made the original order (same name, email, and payment method details). We check this to avoid sharing or reselling.
5. Guided tours: available only on ob torkih in četrtkih. Please book the correct day and time. If you reserve a guided tour on another day or time, this is a client error and no refund will be given. Reading the schedule carefully is very important.
6. If a guide is unexpectedly unavailable: rare, but it can happen. Please speak directly with the farm staff on site to arrange the best solution (for example, moving you to another guided slot or switching to self-guided with tastings). Some situations are outside our control.
7. If you arrive late or can’t make it on time: please respect the policy above. If you contact us politely, our Club Canary team may ask the farm for a favor to move you to a later time (even if the day is busy). No promises, but we will try, since we’ve worked together for many years.
8. Don’t miss the tasting presentation: the short tasting session is the highlight for many visitors. Please time your entry to be there for the tastings.
9. Please dress appropriately for a farm visit. Paths can be dusty, and there may be insects or spiders on the plantation.
10. Club Canary is responsible for issuing your entry ticket. The on-site experience is operated by Finca Las Margaritas.

5. If you arrive by car, the farm is easy to reach and there is free parking nearby the banana farm.
