Ritmo y Armonía Tenerife 2027 Tickets

Ritmo y Armonía is the night of the comparsas at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival: the dance groups of the island parade down Avenida de Anaga with their own drum lines and choreography, judged as they pass the tribunes. It is a music and dance night rather than a float parade. Club Canary runs evening buses to it from the south and from Puerto de la Cruz every year, with an optional tribune chair.

Ritmo y Armonía is the Saturday evening contest of the comparsas: drums, brass and choreography, about three hours, home shortly after midnight. The Coso Apoteosis is the main parade on Carnival Tuesday, by day, with floats, the Carnival Queen and around 200,000 people. Many Club Canary guests do both; Ritmo is the night of the dancers, the Coso is the parade of the year.

Santa Cruz moved the whole 2027 programme two weeks later than the church calendar, for the first time ever, because the Recinto Ferial was not free in time to build the stage. Ritmo y Armonía therefore falls on the Saturday before Carnival Tuesday, in the second half of February. Many old websites still show the earlier dates. Club Canary follows the official programme and updates this page when the city changes anything.

You book online and pay in full. About two weeks before the night Club Canary emails your pick-up time and meeting point, grouped by hotel area. A private coach with a host at boarding collects you late afternoon, drives about 1.5 hours to Santa Cruz and drops you inside the authorised Carnival bus zone. After the last comparsa you walk back to the bus, leave in the slot assigned by the traffic police, and are dropped at the same point shortly after midnight.

From hotels and known meeting points in Costa Adeje, Playa Paraiso, Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos, Costa del Silencio, Las Galletas, Palm Mar, San Miguel, Golf del Sur and El Medano, plus a separate bus from Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava. Los Gigantes, Candelaria and Las Caletillas on request. Club Canary does not collect from private addresses or apartments; write the nearest hotel. The Club Canary buses leave Santa Cruz after Ritmo y Armonía between about 22:30 and 23:15, in the order the traffic police assign on the night, and most guests are back at their hotel area shortly after midnight. Puerto de la Cruz guests slightly earlier. The exact return meeting point is on your Club Canary ticket and your host repeats it on the bus.

No. Chairs are released by the city to a few authorised companies, mostly inside bus packages, and there are fewer for Ritmo y Armonía than for the Coso. Club Canary reserves as many as possible and allocates them in booking order; in 2026 they sold out well before the night. If your chair cannot be confirmed, Club Canary tells you as soon as we know and refunds the chair in full. Your bus is never affected.

More than at any other Carnival night. The comparsas are judged from the tribunes, so every group gives its full choreography right in front of the seats. From the street you see the drums pass; from the chair you see the show. It is still a simple chair with a toilet area, not a VIP box, and people may stand in front of you. Club Canary explains this before you book so nobody expects a private zone.

Yes, in very limited numbers, for guests who do not need the Club Canary bus, for example people staying in or near Santa Cruz. Club Canary offers the Ritmo y Armonía chair only through a special arrangement with authorised companies, which is why it is priced higher than the chair add-on. The same rule applies: booking order, subject to the official release, full refund if it cannot be confirmed. In the hotel field, write: no bus.

Because the official Ritmo y Armonía ticket shows the base seat value set by the organisers. The chairs reach Club Canary inside the transport packages, with staffing, coordination and reservation costs on top, and a chair without the bus still carries part of the bus cost. Club Canary explains this before you book, and the difference is not a reason for a refund or a chargeback.

Yes, on the coach. Children from 2 to 11 pay the child rate, under 2 travel free on a lap, and the minibus is adults only. It is a late night with big crowds and loud drums, so think honestly about a three hour parade that ends at 23:00 before you bring a small one. Chairs cost the same for children because a chair is a chair. For families the Coso Apoteosis by day is usually the easier choice; Club Canary is happy to advise on WhatsApp.

Honestly, it is hard. The walk from the bus can be 20 minutes in the dark, the avenue is packed, the tribune has steps and the toilets are basic. Club Canary helps where we can, but we cannot promise comfort. If walking is a problem, watching the parade on Televisión Canaria from your hotel may be the better choice.

A jacket. February evenings in Santa Cruz drop to 15 or 16 degrees with wind from the harbour, and at Ritmo y Armonía you are outside from about 20:00 until 23:00. Shoes you can walk in for 20 minutes. A costume is optional and fun; half the crowd wears one. Club Canary guests get their collectible card on the bus and can add the red Roman cape, the rest is up to you.

Yes. Tell your Club Canary host or send us a WhatsApp so the Ritmo y Armonía bus does not wait for you. There is no price reduction for skipping the return. Taxis and night buses back to the south are very hard to find on Carnival Saturday, so only stay if you have a plan for the way home.

You receive your Club Canary invoice right after booking. Your Ritmo y Armonía bus ticket with the exact pick-up time and point, and your chair ticket if confirmed, arrive by email about two weeks before the night, once Club Canary has grouped all guests by area and the city has released the chairs. We cannot send times earlier because the schedule is made from all bookings. Do not share a chair ticket outside your group, it carries a personal access code.

Because Club Canary reserves the Ritmo y Armonía buses and chairs with partners months in advance and pays for them whether the seats are used or not. This night sells out every year. Yes. Club Canary refunds 100 percent more than 45 days before Ritmo y Armonía, because the bus schedules are made early. From 45 to 20 days before it is 90 percent, the 10 percent covers administration and payment costs. After that 75, 60 and 40 percent in the steps shown in the Ritmo y Armonía booking policy on this page, and nothing inside 24 hours or for a no-show. Illness needs an official medical certificate. We recommend travel insurance for every holiday.

If the authorities cancel before departure, Club Canary refunds 80 percent; the rest covers bus, staff and payment costs already made. If it is cancelled after arrival and the host returns early, 40 percent of the bus price is refunded and chair refunds follow what the city returns. Rain alone does not cancel a Carnival night; only the authorities cancel, and only for safety.

A Club Canary host checks tickets at the Ritmo y Armonía pick-up stops and makes sure the right people get on the right bus, in English and Spanish. That is boarding help, not a guided tour: nobody walks with you in Santa Cruz or explains the parade. The minibuses have a driver only. Be on time at the meeting point; a bus cannot wait and a taxi home is at your own cost.

The bus is a coach with up to 55 seats and a Club Canary host at boarding who checks tickets and gets everyone on the right bus. The minibus has 18 seats, fewer stops, more legroom and a quicker exit from the parking zone after the last comparsa, but a driver only, no host, and it is adults only. Both have the same authorised access and the same card. Club Canary runs only a few minibuses for Ritmo y Armonía, one of them from Puerto de la Cruz, so they sell out first.

Bookings for Ritmo y Armonía 2027 opened on this Club Canary page on 24 September 2026, and that date stays on the page all season. Tribune chairs are allocated in the order of booking from that day, and the city releases the final chair numbers only about three weeks before the night. So a booking made two months before the parade is a late booking for a chair, even if it feels early. The bus itself can be booked until it is full.

A one size red cape in the Roma Eterna style with a small Club Canary emblem on the shoulder, so the whole Club Canary group is easy to spot on the avenue during Ritmo y Armonía. We ask a few euros for it, which is less than it costs us; we lose money on the capes and do it anyway, because it is more fun when everyone wears one, and the small price makes sure capes go to people who will really wear them.
