Private Dolphin Trip Information

• Bring your Club Canary ticket (digital or printed).
• Pay the rest on the day – cash or card is accepted.
• Wear comfy clothes. Swimwear is recommended since there’s a swimming stop.
• Bring sunscreen, a towel, and sunglasses, the Fuerteventura sun is strong.
• The captain speaks multiple languages and will guide you smoothly.
• Max 12 people per trip – private use only.
• Cold drinks and snacks are included. Want lunch? Contact us after booking to arrange it.
• If you get seasick easily, take a travel tablet 30 min before departure.
• Boat has sunbeds and shaded seating for comfort.
• Children are allowed on this private trip, but must be accompanied by an adult.

• Please be at the harbor at least 15 minutes before your selected departure time. Since this is a private trip, we can arrange a flexible start time. After booking, we’ll confirm the exact timing with you.
• Free hotel pick-up is available for groups up to 8 people from areas like Costa Calma, Esquinzo, and Jandía. If you’re more than 8 guests, you’ll need to come directly to the harbor.

Morro Jable Private Boat Charter Policy

Safety and Weather

• Your safety is the top priority. If the captain decides the weather is not suitable, you can reschedule the trip or get a full refund.
• If you decide to end the trip early for personal reasons (for example, seasickness), no refund is given for the unused time.

Payment and Invoicing

• You can book with a deposit. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the trip by card or cash.
• If you need an invoice, please request it before the tour. Final invoices are given after the trip when required.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel up to 7 days before the tour for a full refund.
• Cancel between 4 and 7 days before = 40% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel less than 4 days before your trip, the deposit is non-refundable. You will also be charged 90€ per booked hour.

Optional Dolphin Guarantee

• You can add a Dolphin Guarantee for 75€ per private trip (not per person).
• If no dolphins or whales are seen, you get the full trip refunded (excluding the 75€ guarantee fee).
• A sighting counts when dolphins or whales are seen within 30 meters, even just a fin.
• If the trip is cut short by weather, motion sickness, or your request, the guarantee is not valid. In that case, the 75€ is refunded.

How to Claim the Guarantee

• Let the captain or crew know at the end of the trip that you booked the Dolphin Guarantee.
• The WIDACA crew will confirm with Club Canary if dolphins or whales were seen.
• You must make the claim the same day. Later requests are not accepted.

Guarantee Limitations

• Club Canary may cancel the Dolphin Guarantee up to 12 hours before departure if: Bad weather is expected, Calima or sandstorm reduces visibility, Unusual conditions affect the experience.
• If canceled, the 75€ fee will be refunded if already paid.
