Deposit & Payment
- To book your private island tour Fuerteventura, a small deposit is required. This deposit is part of the total price.
- The remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip, directly to your local guide or driver.
- Your deposit confirms your private guide, vehicle, and tour date. Because availability is limited, this deposit is non-transferable to another activity if you cancel late.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 7 days before your tour.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before, your deposit is lost.
- Cancellations made 2–3 days before the trip result in loss of your deposit and an additional 25% of the remaining balance as compensation for the reserved guide and vehicle.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before will result in the loss of your deposit plus 80% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel less than 5 hours before the tour or fail to show up, you lose your full deposit and owe 100% of the total payment.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Please be ready at your pickup location on time. Late arrivals can delay or shorten your private island tour.
- Guests who cancel last minute or do not appear for the pickup will be considered no-shows and charged the full amount next to the paid down payment.
Weather & Route Adjustments
- All routes depend on local weather and road conditions. Your guide may adjust the itinerary for safety or comfort.
- If a major attraction (such as Ajuy Caves or Betancuria) becomes inaccessible, an alternative stop will be offered.
- If the tour must be fully canceled due to weather, you will receive a free reschedule or full refund.
Behavior & Safety
