Where does the jeep safari pick up?

What will I see on the jeep safari?

A 4x4 route through the wild north: the Dunes of Corralejo , Bayuyo volcano , the fishing village of Majanicho , a Tostón Lighthouse among black lava and old salt flats, free time at Playa de la Concha and El Cotillo , and an aloe vera farm to finish. Most of the day is on dirt tracks rather than main roads, which is how the jeep reaches corners of the island a coach drives straight past. The order of stops can shift with the weather and the group on the day.

Yes, families are very welcome. The child price applies from age 2 to 11 , and the adult price from 12. Up to 6 guests travel per jeep, so it stays personal rather than feeling like a coach trip. It is a long day on bumpy tracks, so bring what younger children need. Children must be with a responsible adult for the whole trip.

Is it suitable for guests with reduced mobility?

No, Club Canary does not recommend it. The day is long, the tracks are rough, and several stops involve walking on sand, lava or uneven ground. Cancel or move your date free of charge up to 48 hours before the trip and your deposit is refunded in full. Booking 4 or more guests? Every window is doubled, so free cancellation runs to 96 hours before. After that: 24 to 48 hours before, you lose the deposit and nothing more. 12 to 24 hours before, you lose the deposit and pay 65% of the remaining balance. Less than 12 hours before, a no-show, or not being at the pickup point, you lose the deposit and pay the full remaining balance. Only 6 guests travel per jeep, so your seats and your driver-guide are reserved in your name and the operator is paid whether you arrive or not. That is also why the deposit is small. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, you choose another date or a full refund.

Weather, Roads And Route Changes

The route follows the stops described when weather, road and safety conditions allow. The operator may change the order, replace a stop or skip one for safety, road closures, events or authority restrictions; that is not a cancellation and does not give a right to a refund.
If the tour cannot run at all, you choose another date or a full refund. You never lose money when the operator cancels.
