Enjoy a real whale watching sailing experience in Tenerife with small groups and a relaxed atmosphere. Kailani is designed for comfort, safety, and responsible marine life observation. Below you’ll find the key details to make your day smooth and stress-free.

Menetrend és találkozási pont:
• Daily departures from Puerto Colón, Costa Adeje.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
• Meeting point: Gate 5, Puerto Colón (front of the harbor, behind the parking area).
• A Kailani crew member will meet you at the gate and escort you to the boat.

Transport & Parking:
Guests arrive independently at Puerto Colón. There are large parking areas available at the harbor, with an approximate cost of 1.20€ per hour. Please avoid alcohol before boarding to reduce the risk of seasickness.

Csoportméret:
The Kailani boat tour is limited to a maximum of 11 participants, ensuring a calm, personal, and high-quality whale watching experience. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Onboard Comfort & Rules:
• Sunbathing areas and shaded seating are available.
• Toilet and changing room on board.
• Shoes and flip-flops must be removed and stored during the trip.
• Smoking is allowed only at the back of the boat.
• Blankets are provided during winter months.

Jegy és akadálymentesítés:

• The boat has a wheelchair access ramp, and the crew can assist with boarding.
• Due to space limitations, wheelchairs cannot remain on board during the trip.

Helpful Tips:
• Eat something light before boarding and avoid alcohol.
• If you are sensitive to motion, consider taking a seasickness tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
• Bring swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen for the swimming stop.

Weather & Minimum Participation

• If the tour is cancelled due to unsafe weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• A minimum of 4 participants is required. If the minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative date, another excursion, or a full refund.

Deposit és fizetés

• You can secure your booking with a deposit via Club Canary.
• The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour.

Lemondás és átütemezés

• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before departure.
• For group bookings of 5 or more, free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before departure (or 12-48 hours for groups) incur a fee of 15€ per person.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure or no-shows incur a fee of 30€ per person.

Az utazás során

• No refunds are given for late arrival on the day of the tour.
• No refunds are provided if seasickness affects the experience or if the captain adjusts the route for safety reasons.
• Please follow all safety instructions given by the crew during the trip.
