1. Skip The Ticket Line At The Entrance
The longest lines at Siam Park are usually people still buying tickets. You already have yours. Follow the signs for guests with tickets, show your Siam Park VIP ticket, and head straight in. Time saved from the very first minute.

4. Eat And Drink At Most Park Restaurants
Food works like included access at the shared park restaurants, not one private buffet. Look for the signs that show what is included, choose your food and drinks, then scan your bracelet at checkout. Water, soft drinks and beer are included, and ice cream is usually included too.
A few extras are not included: the loose sweets and crisps on display, cocktails at the bar, and the shops or tea room. Big restaurants like Coco Beach are included, so you will not go hungry.

5. Unlimited FastPass, Two Exceptions
Your unlimited FastPass is the real reason to book. Use it as many times as you want on almost every ride, all day long. Two rides are the exception. Veža moci has only one staircase, so there is no separate fast lane. The Mai Thai lazy river has no FastPass queue either. For those two, everyone waits in the same line.
The one big exception 🔼 Tower of Power has a single staircase, so there is no FastPass lane here.

Can I use FastPass on Tower of Power?
No. Tower of Power is the main exception to the Siam Park unlimited FastPass. The slide has only one staircase, so there is no separate priority queue, and everyone waits in the same line.
The Mai Thai lazy river also has no FastPass queue. On every other major attraction, your unlimited FastPass works all day.
Are drinks included with the Siam Park all inclusive ticket?
Yes. Water, soft drinks and beer are included at most Siam Park restaurants with the all inclusive VIP ticket. Ice cream is usually included too.
Cocktails from the bar are not included. You scan your VIP bracelet at checkout for the included drinks.

The park asks a small refundable deposit for the locker and towel, usually around 10€, which is returned when you bring the items back.
Can I change the date of my Siam Park VIP ticket?
Yes, and this is one of the main reasons to book with Club Canary instead of going direct. In most cases we let you change your Siam Park VIP ticket date once for free, as long as you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Perfect if your plans change or the weather looks better on another day.
When you reschedule, we simply adjust the date on your existing ticket instead of issuing a new one. The change can be used once. After that, the ticket becomes non-refundable and cannot be changed again.

Can I use the Siam Park all inclusive VIP ticket for both the day and Siam Park by Night?
Your Siam Park all inclusive VIP ticket is valid for one visit. You can use it for a daytime visit, or on select summer dates you can use it for the Siam Park by Night event instead. It is one or the other, not both on the same ticket.
So you can enjoy a full day at Siam Park, or swap to the evening session under the lights. A single VIP ticket does not cover staying all day and then returning at night.

Can I use the all inclusive VIP ticket for Siam Park by Night?
Yes. On select summer dates your Siam Park all inclusive VIP ticket can be used for the Siam Park by Night event, with the same VIP benefits. The evening session has shorter hours than the daytime park.
Keep in mind the ticket is valid for one visit, so it is either a day visit or the night event, not both. If you want to do both, ask our local Club Canary team about a combined day and night ticket.
Do you sell Siam Park resident tickets, and what ID do I need?
Yes. Residents of the Canary Islands can book a Siam Park resident VIP ticket at a lower price, with exactly the same benefits inside the park.
There is an ID check at the entrance. You need a valid document: a DNI for Spanish citizens, or a TIE, EU green certificate or NIE for foreign residents. If you are not a resident, please choose the standard VIP ticket, or you may not be allowed in.
Is a Club Canary collectible card included?
Yes. Because this Siam Park VIP ticket is over 50 euros, your booking includes a free collectible card from The Club Canary Collection, the first trading card set of the Canary Islands.
Cards are printed live at our Costa Adeje office and come in different rarity tiers, a small souvenir to remember your trip. It is a nice extra you only get when booking with Club Canary.

Thank you for booking your Siam Park VIP ticket with Club Canary. These terms keep things fair for you and for the park. By booking you agree to them.

You pay the full amount online to confirm your booking.
You first receive a Club Canary voucher-style ticket with your order number, handy if you bought it as a gift.
Your official Siam Park QR ticket is sent before your visit. If the official price later drops, we refund the difference once on request. If prices go up, you are protected because you booked early.
Flexible Date Change
You can change your visit date once for free when you contact us at least 24 hours before your date. Earlier is always better.
This reschedule can be used only once per booking.
Once the date change is used, the ticket becomes non-refundable and cannot be changed again. In most cases the date is simply adjusted and your existing ticket stays valid.

Most sellers offer no refund at all. We do it differently. If you cannot make it, you can ask us for a refund and we hold a 30€ admin fee per ticket, as long as you contact us within a reasonable time after your booked date.
Refunds apply only to tickets that have not been used. We always check whether a ticket has been scanned at the park before refunding.
Payment Security
To protect real customers, we may contact you and ask you to reply to a short verification email to confirm you are the owner of the card used to pay.
If a ticket is used and a refund is also claimed, we treat it as fraud and file a report. We take this seriously because we have received bookings made with stolen cards in the past.

Proper swimwear is required on all water attractions. Loose clothing or accessories may not be allowed on some slides. Smoking only in designated areas. Guests under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused entry or removed. Children must always be supervised by an adult.
