Cala Del Caracol, The Swim Stop
Cala del Caracol is a quiet bay on the south coast with clear, calm water, and it is the reason the route runs the way it does. There is time to swim properly, snorkel with the provided gear, or take a kayak out while lunch is being served.

Coming Off A Cruise Ship In Puerto Del Rosario?
Fuerteventura is a popular cruise stop and the ships dock at Puerto del Rosario, where there is honestly not a great deal to do in the port town itself. Corralejo and Morro Jable are both nice and both a fair drive.
So here is an alternative. Take a taxi down the coast to Gran Tarajal and join this trip. Swim in a quiet bay, try the watersports, eat lunch on deck, and see a real Canarian fishing village rather than a cruise terminal. Met some good company on the ship? Bring them.

- Your booking is confirmed instantly once the deposit is received.

- Solo travellers and small groups of 1 to 4 people: free cancellation or changes up to 72 hours before departure.
- Larger groups of 5 or more: please tell us at least 5 days before the trip for free changes or cancellation.

- 48 to 72 hours before: 50% of your deposit is refunded.

- If the trip is cancelled because of bad weather, you can reschedule or take a full refund.
- If you choose to shorten your trip or leave early, no partial refund applies.
- Any refund relating to something on board requires the captain's approval.

Real talk: the reason we recommend this one is the transfer. Gran Tarajal is a working fishing harbour rather than a resort, and the fact that the lift from Caleta de Fuste, Costa Calma or Jandía is included changes the whole day. Nobody has to drive, nobody has to stay off the wine, and nobody is watching a hire car meter while anchored in a bay.
Value-wise it stacks up. Five hours, lunch, drinks, snorkelling gear, kayaks and paddleboards, and a family of four at 228€ with babies free. The south coast here is genuinely quiet, and you sail past villages most visitors never see.
Two honest notes. The watersports are shared and you take turns, which is fine on a five hour trip but is not the same as having a kayak to yourself. And if you are staying in Morro Jable or up in Corralejo, there are boats on your doorstep that make more sense than travelling to Gran Tarajal, transfer or not.
