The rules are simple: respect the animals, follow the staff, and only feed the animals with the food provided by the park. Staff assign the camels and decide single or double seating based on safety and comfort, so you cannot request a specific camel. The weight limit is 100 kg per person, pregnant guests cannot ride, and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome at every age and must be supervised by an adult. - The remaining balance is paid at Camel Park on the day, cash or credit card.
- If transport is selected, the supplement (7€ adult, 5€ child) is also paid on arrival.
- The deposit secures your places but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.

- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the excursion.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before lose the deposit.
- Cancellations less than 3 hours before your time or pick-up lose the deposit plus a 7.50€ fee per person.

At The Park And On The Camel
