Thank you for booking your jet ski safari with Club Canary. These terms keep things fair for you, for other guests and for the team that reserves the jet skis for your group. Please read them before you book.
Deposit och betalning
You confirm your booking with a small online deposit, which is part of your total price. The remaining balance is paid at the base in Las Galletas at check-in, in cash or by card. Your e-ticket shows the pickup time, the jet skis reserved and the exact balance. Self-drive bookings are arranged with full payment in advance.
Gratis avbokning och ändringar
1 or 2 jet skis: free cancellation or date change up to 24 hours before.
3 to 5 jet skis: free up to 48 hours before.
6 or more jet skis: free up to 72 hours before.
Request changes by email to office@clubcanary.com within the correct window.
Sen avbokning
After the free window, the deposit is lost and a fee of up to 50% of the remaining balance can apply, because the jet skis stayed reserved. Fully prepaid bookings can lose up to 100% depending on how late the cancellation is.

No refund for no-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours before the start, and the remaining balance is still due. Arriving so late that the group already left counts as a no-show. The safari leaves exactly on time and cannot wait.
Pickup And Self-Drive Arrival
Pickup guests: be ready at the time on your ticket, the minibus has other guests on the route and cannot wait long.
Self-drive guests: arrive at Marina del Sur at least 30 minutes early. Traffic, parking or a wrong turn is not a refund reason.

If the captain or the company cancels for safety, you reschedule for free or receive a full refund of your deposit or prepaid amount.
Conduct And Safety
Follow the guide and crew at all times. Dangerous riding can end the tour without refund. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are refused, the deposit is lost and the balance can still be requested. Drivers under 24 without a valid ID can be refused as drivers.
Illness And Emergencies
Someone ill last minute? Contact us immediately and we always try to help, but free changes outside the windows are not guaranteed. For serious situations, this is exactly what travel insurance exists for, and we gladly help with the paperwork it needs.
