Thank you for booking your jet ski hire with Club Canary. These terms keep it fair for you, for other guests and for the team that reserves the jet skis. Please read them before you book.
Deposit och betalning
Your deposit is part of the total price, not an extra fee. The remaining balance is paid on the day at the base in Las Galletas, in cash or by card. After booking, check your confirmation email for your start time and pickup details. Self-drive bookings are arranged with full payment in advance.
Gratis avbokning och ändringar
1 to 3 jet skis: free cancellation or date change up to 24 hours before.
4 or 5 jet skis: free up to 48 hours before.
6 or more jet skis: free up to 72 hours before. Request changes by email to office@clubcanary.com.
Sen avbokning
After the free window, the deposit is lost and up to 50% of the remaining balance can apply, because the jet skis stayed reserved. If your preferred time is not available, we offer another time or date, and if nothing fits, your deposit is fully refunded.

Cancelling less than 2 hours before the start, arriving too late to join, or not showing up means the jet ski company charges the full remaining balance in addition to the deposit. The ride leaves exactly on time and cannot wait.
Pickup And Self-Drive Arrival
Pickup guests: be ready at the time on your ticket. If you miss the pickup, reaching the harbour by taxi is your responsibility, and arriving too late counts as a no-show.
Self-drive guests: arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for parking, check-in and the briefing.
Conduct And Safety
Club Canary works only with licensed partners. Follow the guide's instructions, local rules and the safety briefing at all times. Dangerous behaviour, or arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, means refused participation without refund. Drivers under 24 bring a valid ID, and the minimum age rules are always respected.
