- Morning pick-ups for the Loro Parque coach from south Tenerife normally take place between 08:35 and 08:55 depending on the exact stop.
- The return Loro Parque bus normally leaves the park at 16:30 and arrives back in the south around 18:00. On Fridays the return bus leaves at 17:00 and arrives around 18:30.
- After booking your Loro Parque bus tickets you will receive your confirmed meeting point and exact pick-up time on your ticket. This information always overrides general timetables.
- All Loro Parque bus bookings are paid fully online when reserving your seats. No payment is required on the bus.

- Please be at your Loro Parque bus stop at least 10–15 minutes before the pick-up time on your ticket.
- The coaches used for the Loro Parque transfer from south Tenerife are modern buses with GPS trackers. If the tracker and driver confirm the bus was at the stop and you were not there, the booking is recorded as a missed bus.
- The Loro Parque bus only runs in the morning. If you miss the outbound coach there is no later bus and no refund.
- If you travel to Loro Parque yourself after missing the outbound bus, please inform us. We may be able to place you on the return Loro Parque bus if seats are available, but this is a courtesy and cannot be guaranteed.

- Entrance tickets may be rescheduled one time if requested in advance. Once rescheduled, the booking becomes non-refundable.
- Cancellations less than 12 hours before departure, no-shows or missed buses are charged at the full price.
