Villa Availability, Read This Before You Book
Honest talk: there is only one Siam Park Villa. In summer, especially July, August and September, plus school holidays, Christmas and Easter, it can be fully booked months in advance, sometimes close to a year for the big dates. Tenerife gets many wealthy visitors, and for that audience the price is completely normal. If you do not book your date, someone else will.
Sometimes a date opens again after a cancellation, and it can disappear again within hours. Because VIP availability moves faster than any online agenda, our calendar cannot always show the full real situation. The rule: see your date available, act fast. Do not see it, message us anyway, we check the latest situation through our contacts. No promises, especially in summer, but checking costs nothing.
What If The Villa Is Sold Out?
We first check whether another VIP option works for your date and group size. The Siam Park 房子 hosts up to 10 guests, a Siam Park 的小屋 works for up to 6, and the 暹罗公园豪华全包门票 keeps the VIP benefits for any group size, without the private space. Bigger groups can also combine options, ask us.

Thank you for booking your Siam Park Villa with Club Canary. There is only one Villa, so a reserved date is blocked for everyone else, and these terms keep things fair for all guests.

You secure your Villa with a deposit, and your booking is confirmed once it is received. The remaining balance is paid before or on the day, depending on your arrangement.

Less than 2 days before, no-shows and same-day cancellations: no refund.

Villa bookings are extremely limited and often fully booked far in advance. Most providers offer no cancellation at all, this is one of the more flexible policies available.
Date changes depend on availability, contact us as early as possible and we check the best option.
Refunds are calculated from the amount paid, excluding payment processing fees or non-refundable supplier costs where applicable.
If one person cannot attend, the rest of the group can still use the Villa. Sick or facing an emergency? Contact us immediately, we always try to help where possible.

Smoking only in designated areas. Proper swimwear is required on all attractions. Guests under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused entry or service. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

The Siam Park Villa is not a giant private mansion, so let's keep it real. It is called the Villa because it is the highest private VIP space inside the park, and the magic is not the size of the building. The magic is having your own base, jacuzzi, terrace, food, drinks and fast pass while everyone else does the normal crowded park day.
If you are watching your budget, book normal Siam Park tickets, you will still have a great day. But if you have the money and want the best Siam Park experience that exists, the Villa makes the most sense. The only real problem is availability: there is one Villa, and the big dates go months ahead, sometimes a year.
Only one Villa exists. If your date matters, do not wait.
