Villa Availability, Read This Before You Book
Honest talk: there is only one Siam Park Villa. In summer, especially July, August and September, plus school holidays, Christmas and Easter, it can be fully booked months in advance, sometimes close to a year for the big dates. Tenerife gets many wealthy visitors, and for that audience the price is completely normal. If you do not book your date, someone else will.
Sometimes a date opens again after a cancellation, and it can disappear again within hours. Because VIP availability moves faster than any online agenda, our calendar cannot always show the full real situation. The rule: see your date available, act fast. Do not see it, message us anyway, we check the latest situation through our contacts. No promises, especially in summer, but checking costs nothing.

If the villa is not available for your date, Club Canary can help check the best alternatives. Depending on your group size and budget, this could be the Siam Park House, a VIP Cabana, or the Siam Park Deluxe / All Inclusive ticket.
What is the cancellation policy for the Siam Park VIP Villa?
Club Canary offers a fair cancellation policy for Siam Park Villa bookings. Cancel more than 30 days before your visit and receive a 90% refund. Cancel 15 to 30 days before and receive an 80% refund. Cancel 4 to 15 days before and receive a 70% refund. Cancel 2 to 3 days before and receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 2 days before are non-refundable.

Thank you for booking your Siam Park Villa with Club Canary. There is only one Villa, so a reserved date is blocked for everyone else, and these terms keep things fair for all guests.

You secure your Villa with a deposit, and your booking is confirmed once it is received. The remaining balance is paid before or on the day, depending on your arrangement.

More than 30 days before your visit: 90% refund.
15 to 30 days before: 80% refund.
4 to 15 days before: 70% refund.
2 to 3 days before: 50% refund.
Less than 2 days before, no-shows and same-day cancellations: no refund.

Villa bookings are extremely limited and often fully booked far in advance. Most providers offer no cancellation at all, this is one of the more flexible policies available.
Date changes depend on availability, contact us as early as possible and we check the best option.
Refunds are calculated from the amount paid, excluding payment processing fees or non-refundable supplier costs where applicable.
If one person cannot attend, the rest of the group can still use the Villa. Sick or facing an emergency? Contact us immediately, we always try to help where possible.
