You secure your No Worries charter with a deposit at booking, which is deducted from the total price. The remaining balance is paid before departure, directly to the yacht crew. The deposit confirms the yacht is blocked exclusively for your group.

Late Cancellations And No-Shows
No refund is possible for late arrivals, same-day cancellations or no-shows. If only a deposit was paid and the booking is cancelled within 3 hours of departure without communication, a 450€ penalty applies, because the deposit alone does not cover the lost charter time and crew costs.
Dochvilnost
Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point. Late arrival is deducted from your charter duration. If the yacht departs late for reasons beyond your control, the time is added to your trip.

Your safety comes first. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you choose between rescheduling or a full refund. Only the captain makes this safety decision, and weather cancellations are communicated as early as possible.
