Aqualand Maspalomas, A Day At The Water Park
Aqualand Maspalomas is one of the largest water parks in Europe, in the south of Gran Canaria. It packs in fast water slides, high-adrenaline rides, calm relaxation areas and dedicated zones for younger kids, including Children's Paradise. A full family day out, all in one place.
You buy your ticket with Club Canary, make your own way to the park by bus or car, and spend the day however you like. It sits on Carretera Palmitos Park, Km 3, in Maspalomas.
What Is Inside The Water Park
Water slides and rides. A big spread of slides, from gentle family runs to steeper, faster drops for thrill-seekers.
High-adrenaline attractions. The bigger rides for those who want fast, steep drops. Some have height restrictions, so check at the ride.
Relaxation areas. Calmer pools and areas to float, sunbathe and take a break between slides.
Children's Paradise. A dedicated zone for younger children, with smaller slides and shallow water to splash in.
Sea Lion Experience. An optional up-close encounter with the sea lions. It cannot be pre-booked, you enquire and book inside the park, 45€ per person, including one photo. Park admission is separate.

Getting To Aqualand Maspalomas

Opening Hours And Good To Know
Opening hours: open daily from 10:00. Standard closing is 17:00, and in July and August the park stays open until 18:00. Times can change in high season.
Booking: free sale, with a minimum 8 hours' notice. Tickets can normally be bought until 16:00 on the day of your visit.

- Changes and cancellations are not permitted. Please choose your date carefully before you book.
- Once you have entered the park, tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets are free sale, with a minimum 8 hours' notice, and can normally be bought until 16:00 on the day of the visit.

- Attractions may close for maintenance, weather or operational reasons.
- The closure of an individual attraction does not entitle guests to a partial or full refund.

Aqualand is a big, fun day out, and one of the largest water parks in Europe, so there is plenty for both thrill-seekers and little ones. On a hot day it is an easy win with kids.
Two honest things. First, the ticket cannot be changed or cancelled, so only lock in a date you are sure about, ideally a sunny one. Second, you make your own way there, so plan the bus (Line 45 or 70) or the drive, and bring some cash for food and the sea lion add-on.
For a family day out in the south of Gran Canaria, a sunny day at Aqualand is an easy yes.
