Disponibilidad: El paratriking en Tenerife está disponible todo el año, dependiendo del tiempo.
Aviso meteorológico: Evite programar su vuelo paratrike a Tenerife el último día de su viaje debido a las imprevisibles condiciones meteorológicas. Existen opciones de reprogramación o reembolso si las condiciones meteorológicas son desfavorables.

Tenerife Paratrike Cancellations and Refunds

Plazo de anulación gratuito

Puede cancelar o cambiar el vuelo gratuitamente si nos lo notifica al menos 48 horas antes de la salida programada. Envíenos un correo electrónico a office@clubcanary.com.

Gastos de anulación tardía

De 12 a 24 horas antes del vuelo: If you cancel between 12 to 24 hours before your flight, there is a fee of 35€ per person. This fee is implemented because cancelling at this stage means that we are unable to fill your slot, resulting in a loss for the company.
Menos de 12 horas antes del vuelo o no presentación: If you cancel less than 12 hours before your flight or do not show up at all, there is a fee of 50€ per person. The deposit you've paid does not cover the loss that the company incurs, and this fee helps mitigate that loss.

¿Por qué las tasas?

Sistema Deposit: Club Canary permite a los clientes reservar su plaza con sólo un depósito, lo que facilita y hace más accesible la reserva de su aventura. Estas condiciones, incluidos los gastos de cancelación fuera de plazo, se aplican para proteger a la empresa de pérdidas por cancelaciones de última hora o por no presentarse.

No reembolsable en caso de cancelación de última hora: Si cancela su vuelo en las 48 horas anteriores a la salida del mismo, no se le reembolsará ninguna cantidad, independientemente de las circunstancias. Esta política se aplica porque es poco probable que podamos cubrir su plaza con tan poca antelación, lo que supondría una pérdida de ingresos para la empresa.

Important Advisory

Aconsejamos a los clientes que no reserven el paratriking el último día de sus vacaciones, ya que las condiciones meteorológicas pueden obligar a cancelarlo o reprogramarlo. En caso de cancelación del vuelo, puede reprogramarlo para otro día. Si la reprogramación no es una opción, recibirá una tarjeta regalo (no utilizable para entradas a parques temáticos) por el importe que pagó con Club Canary, válida durante 2 años. Si ninguna de estas opciones le sirve, puede recibir 50% de devolución del depósito pagado. Esta es la mejor oferta que podemos ofrecerle, ya que la mayoría de las compañías exigen el pago completo por adelantado.
