Tenerife Paratrike Cancellations and Refunds

- 飞行前 12-24 小时： If you cancel between 12 to 24 hours before your flight, there is a fee of 35€ per person. This fee is implemented because cancelling at this stage means that we are unable to fill your slot, resulting in a loss for the company.
- 航班起飞前不足 12 小时或未出现： If you cancel less than 12 hours before your flight or do not show up at all, there is a fee of 50€ per person. The deposit you've paid does not cover the loss that the company incurs, and this fee helps mitigate that loss.

Important Advisory
