Tenerife Paratrike Cancellations and Refunds

Likus 12-24 valandoms iki skrydžio: If you cancel between 12 to 24 hours before your flight, there is a fee of 35€ per person. This fee is implemented because cancelling at this stage means that we are unable to fill your slot, resulting in a loss for the company.
Likus mažiau nei 12 valandų iki skrydžio arba nepasirodžius: If you cancel less than 12 hours before your flight or do not show up at all, there is a fee of 50€ per person. The deposit you've paid does not cover the loss that the company incurs, and this fee helps mitigate that loss.
