Poema del Mar Ticket Policy:
- Smoking: Only in designated areas.
- Dress Code: Casual clothing is recommended.
- Behavior: Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave.
- No Outside Drinks: Not allowed inside the aquarium.
- Ticket Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your visit via Club Canary. No refunds or cancellations are allowed after this period.
- Entry for Late Arrivals: While the aquarium strives to accommodate late arrivals, entry is regulated throughout the day to ensure a quality experience for everyone. If you arrive late, you’re generally allowed to enter a bit earlier or later than your scheduled time.
