• Daily departures from Puerto Colón, Costa Adeje.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
• Meeting point: Gate 5, Puerto Colón (front of the harbor, behind the parking area).
• A Kailani crew member will meet you at the gate and escort you to the boat.
Transport & Parking:
Guests arrive independently at Puerto Colón.
There are large parking areas available at the harbor, with an approximate cost of 1.20€ per hour.
Please avoid alcohol before boarding to reduce the risk of seasickness.

Weather & Minimum Participation

- A minimum of 4 participants is required. If the minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative date, another excursion, or a full refund.

- The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour.

- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before departure.

- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure or no-shows incur a fee of 30€ per person.

- No refunds are given for late arrival on the day of the tour.
- No refunds are provided if seasickness affects the experience or if the captain adjusts the route for safety reasons.
- Please follow all safety instructions given by the crew during the trip.
