Politica meteorologica
- The stargazing guide monitors conditions before every trip. If weather makes the night unsafe or not worthwhile, you reschedule or receive a full refund.
- We notify you at least 1 hour before the tour if a change is necessary. No message from us means the tour proceeds as planned.
Cancellazione e riprogrammazione
- Fino a 48 ore before: free cancellation or reschedule by email to office@clubcanary.com.
- Groups of more than 4 people: the free window is 4 giorni prima del tour.
- After these deadlines the deposit is lost, and additional charges may apply depending on the supplier. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Arrivi in ritardo e mancate presentazioni
- Missed your pick-up? In some cases you can still join by taxi, at your own expense, to the first stop at the Chío rest area.
- No-shows, or cancellations less than 3 hours before the tour, lose the deposit. An additional 50% fee applies to compensate the guide and driver for their time.
