Opening Times & Dolphin Show
Aqualand Costa Adeje normally opens every day from 10:00 to 17:00, extending to 18:00 in July and August. The water attractions close about 30 minút pred the park, so arrive early for a full day on the slides. The dolphin show is included in your ticket and is normally scheduled for 15:30, though times can change, so check the daily schedule when you enter. Separate dolphin interaction experiences are not included, cost extra, are arranged inside the park and cannot be booked in advance.
Free Shuttle Bus
- Aqualand runs a complimentary shuttle from selected areas in the south of Tenerife, including stops around Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos. Bring your ticket and arrive early at the correct stop.
The shuttle is an external service, subject to its own timetable, capacity, delays and technical availability. Shuttle problems do not create a refund right on your park ticket, so use alternative transport if needed. Always check the current shuttle timetable before your visit.

Cancellation Before Entry
- 48+ hours before your visit date: 100% refund.
- 24 až 48 hodín before: 95% refund (the retained amount covers payment and admin costs).
- Menej ako 24 hodín before: 65% refund, only when the ticket is completely unused, has not been scanned, and non-use can be confirmed.
- Once a ticket is scanned or used, no refund is possible. No-shows are reviewed case by case.
Validity & Changes
- The validity printed on the issued ticket takes priority: dated products may be valid only on the selected date, while some undated products last longer. Contact Club Canary before assuming a ticket can be changed, transferred or resold.
Inside the Park & Shuttle
- Once inside, the park's rules apply. Attraction closures, queues, weather, early departure or illness after entry do not qualify for a refund. If the whole park is officially closed before entry, Club Canary helps arrange a date change, credit or refund per the supplier. The free shuttle is external, so shuttle issues do not refund the ticket.
