This is a real beginner diving course in Tenerife designed to be simple, safe, and fun. You get professional guidance from start to finish, plus an official PADI Open Water certification you can use worldwide. Below are the key details to make your 2 day PADI course Tenerife smooth and stress-free.

日程安排和集合地点：
• The course is completed over 2 days (timing confirmed after booking).
- 集合地点 奥拉潜水中心, Avenida De Colón, Complejo Club Atlantis, Local 4, San Eugenio Bajo, 38670 Adeje.
• Location: right next to Puerto Colón in Playa de las Américas, close to many Costa Adeje hotels.

交通与选择：
You can come by foot, taxi, or car. Round-trip pickup is available from south Tenerife hotels for +4€ per person. Remote areas (like Los Gigantes or Las Galletas) may have a small extra charge. If you want pickup, confirm your hotel name during booking.

小组人数
This PADI Open Water Course Tenerife is run with a relaxed pace and personal attention. Groups are kept practical for beginners, so instructors can guide you closely and keep everything safe and comfortable.

Languages (Theory + Instructor):
PADI theory is often available in many languages (including English and Spanish). If the theory language is important for you, please double check with us after booking so we can confirm the best option. Instructors speak several languages and support you every step of the way.

• You may bring a phone or camera for photos, but this is at your own risk in the ocean.

付款：
You book with a small deposit. The final payment is paid at the dive center before starting (cash or card).

Requirements & Safety:
• Suitable for ages 10 to 70. Guests under 16 need parent permission.
• The course includes 4 real ocean dives + 1 shorter skills dive. The skills part is simple and instructors help you until you’re comfortable.

停车场
Parking is available nearby, but it can get busy. Arrive early to avoid stress.

Drop-off Option:
If you want drop-off after the dive, tell us when you book so we can plan it properly.

💳 Deposit & 付款

• When booking your PADI Open Water Course Tenerife, you only pay a small deposit with Club Canary to reserve your place.
• The remaining balance is paid directly at the diving school in Puerto Colón before starting your diving course Tenerife.
• The deposit secures your spot but does not cover late cancellations, fines, or no-shows.

🗓️ 取消政策

• If cancelled more than 7 days before the diving course Tenerife: 40% of your deposit is refunded. 60% is retained for preparation costs.
• If cancelled 3–7 days before the start: no refund of the deposit.
• If cancelled between 12 hours and 3 days before: no refund of the deposit + 150€ per person fine.
• If cancelled less than 12 hours before or in case of no-show: no refund of the deposit + 225€ per person fine.
• Once the PADI Open Water Course Tenerife has started, no refunds are possible.

⚖️ 课程条款与责任

• The diving license Tenerife program is planned as a 2 day course, but may extend to 3 days due to weather or safety reasons at the instructor’s discretion.
• You must have basic swimming skills and be medically fit for diving.

• If you stop the diving course early or feel it is not for you, this must be discussed directly with the diving center. Refunds are not possible once training has begun.
• Guests who behave irresponsibly or ignore safety instructions may be refused continuation without refund.

• Sea conditions and weather may affect dive planning.
• If adjustments or rescheduling are required, the diving school and Club Canary will coordinate a solution.
• If the activity cannot be delivered due to conditions beyond control, alternatives or solutions will be discussed.

• Study materials for your PADI Open Water Course Tenerife are sent in advance so you can prepare before arrival.
• Theory is often available in multiple languages. If the language is important for your diving license Tenerife, please confirm with us after booking.
• Instructors will guide you through all exercises. Safety and comfort are always the priority.
