• If you cancel after the free cancellation period, the full deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel late (within 24 hours, or 48 hours for groups), a penalty of 25€ per person applies in addition to the lost deposit.
• If you cancel less than 2 hours before departure or do not show up, you lose your deposit and must pay a 35€ per person penalty.

• In case of illness, penalties can only be waived with an official medical certificate.
• The document must be issued by a doctor or hospital in Tenerife and clearly state that you are unable to attend the trip.
• Without valid documentation, the standard cancellation policy applies.
