- The driver must provide an Občanský průkaz nebo pas and the necessary certification to operate the boat. Foreign certifications are valid if recognised on the country approval lists.
Early End & Sickness
- If you end the trip early or feel unwell during it, refunds are not issued.

- You may bring your own snacks and drinks. The driver must not drink alcohol. Any fine for breaking this rule is your responsibility.
Zrušení a změna termínu
- 4 days or more before: free cancellation or rescheduling. Email office@clubcanary.com.
- 48 to 96 hours before: 40% of the deposit is refundable.
- 24 to 48 hours before: bez náhrady.
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: an extra fine of 100 € za rezervovanou hodinu applies, as the deposit does not cover the loss.
