- This trip needs suitable weather. If it is cancelled for poor conditions, you get an alternative date or a full refund. Only the boat owner decides this.
Sécurité Deposit
- A 300€ security deposit is taken for the boat and refunded (minus fuel used) about 24 hours after you return.
Certification
- The driver must provide an ID or passport and the necessary certification to operate the boat. Foreign certifications are valid if recognised on the country approval lists.
Early End & Sickness
- If you end the trip early or feel unwell during it, refunds are not issued.
Food, Drinks & Alcohol
- You may bring your own snacks and drinks. The driver must not drink alcohol. Any fine for breaking this rule is your responsibility.
Annulation et reprogrammation
- 4 days or more before: free cancellation or rescheduling. Email office@clubcanary.com.
- 48 to 96 hours before: 40% of the deposit is refundable.
- 24 to 48 hours before: pas de remboursement.
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: an extra fine of 100€ per booked hour applies, as the deposit does not cover the loss.
Respect For Marine Life
- There is no skipper to supervise, so you agree to protect marine life. It is strictly forbidden to swim with or approach whales or dolphins. Any coast-guard fines for disturbing nature are your responsibility.
