They sit in a prime spot near the Wave Palace, tucked into the greenery, so your day gets a rhythm most park visitors never experience. One minute you are racing the big slides with your unlimited fast pass, the next you are back on your private terrace with a cold drink, in the shade, away from the crowds.

How Does The Cabana Day Work?
Arrive a little early and enter through the ticket-holder line. The Siam Park team welcomes you, explains how your VIP day works, and hands you the bracelet, the best part of the whole setup, because it carries your unlimited fast pass. Then the staff walks you to your cabana, you drop your things, and the day is yours: slides, wave pool, food stops, and your private base to recharge between rounds.

Cabana Availability, Read This Before You Book
Honest talk: this is not like booking a normal Siam Park ticket. With only three cabanas per day, summer and holiday dates often sell out months in advance, especially July, August, school holidays and peak travel weeks. Sometimes a date opens again because a guest cancels, and it can be booked again within the hour.
Because availability moves that fast, our online agenda cannot always show the full real situation. So here is the rule: if you see availability for your date, act fast. If you do not see it, message us anyway, we can sometimes check options through our contacts. We cannot promise anything, especially in summer, but checking costs you nothing.
What If The Cabana Is Not Available?
We always do our best to secure your preferred cabana, and if your first choice is gone we contact you quickly with the best alternatives, starting with another cabana or a suitable VIP option. If every cabana, house and villa is fully booked, the honest next-best move is the Siam Park Deluxe, the All Inclusive ticket. It is not a private cabana, but it keeps the VIP feeling: premium benefits, comfort, and a far better day than a standard ticket.

Club Canary offers a fair cancellation policy for Siam Park cabana bookings. If you cancel more than 30 days before your visit, you receive a 90% refund. If you cancel 15 to 30 days before, you receive an 80% refund. If you cancel 4 to 15 days before, you receive a 70% refund. If you cancel 2 to 3 days before, you receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the visit are non-refundable. Date changes depend on availability, so contact us early if your plans change.

You secure your cabana with a deposit, and your booking is confirmed once it is received. The remaining balance is paid before or on the day, depending on your arrangement.
