The Volcanic Catamaran, Party Boat Puerto Rico
The party runs on a spacious catamaran in the port of Puerto Rico. The dual-hull design keeps it stable, so there is room to dance and space to sit. On board you get sunbathing spots, shaded seating, a toilet, a changing room and easy water access for the swim stop. The crew is multilingual, and the party is capped at 100 guests to keep it feeling like one group rather than a crowd.

The Party Itself
Club Canary has worked with the Volcanic boat party for years, and the party is genuinely good: strong atmosphere, fun entertainment and happy guests, most of the time.
The Honest Part
We want to be straight with you. The event organisation can be unpredictable. In the past there have been last-minute cancellations, delays, and guests missing pickups. The organisers do not do it on purpose, but their organisation is not always well managed. Since summer 2025 we have said this openly, and that summer we had a lot of problems caused by things out of our hands. Of everything we sell, this boat party has the highest chance of an issue. We are telling you so you know what to expect, not to scare you, most guests never notice a thing and have a brilliant day.
Double-check your booking details the day before, and it is a good idea to check in with us 1 to 2 days before, especially if you have pickup.
If you booked pickup and the bus is more than 3 minutes late, call the driver on the number in your confirmation email. They will not call you, and if they do not see you at the pickup point they may leave.
Peace of mind: you only pay a deposit to Club Canary, which we can usually refund if something goes wrong and it is not your fault, or we will help you find another solution. We are open every day 08:00 to 22:00 and easy to reach.

Age And ID: Ages 18 and over only. Bring a valid ID card on the day to confirm your age.
Accessibilità: Due to limited space, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on board.

Ticket And Cancellation Policy
Cancellazione

General bookings can cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before.
Groups of 5 or more can cancel for free up to 5 days before.
Groups of 10 or more can cancel for free up to 9 days before.
For cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows, an extra 25€ per person is charged, and the deposit does not cover the experience.
Meteo
This party needs good weather. If it is cancelled for hazardous conditions, you are offered another date or a full refund.
If Numbers Are Low
The party is popular and rarely cancels for low numbers, but in quieter months like November, March and April it can happen. If it does, you can reschedule for free, though choosing this means no gift voucher or other compensation later. You can instead take a gift voucher for the full amount you paid, to use on another activity like a boat trip, jet skiing or a quad experience.
Deposit And No-Shows
You reserve with a 20€ deposit, and pay the remaining 40€ on arrival. If you do not show up or miss the boat, the deposit does not cover the experience, and an extra 25€ per person applies. Timely arrival matters.
If Your Pickup Is Late
If your pickup is more than 3 minutes late, call the driver directly on the number in your confirmation email. They will not call you if there is an issue.
Complaints
Any issue about the boat trip must be raised with the Volcanic crew on the day, as Club Canary staff are not on the boat and cannot judge situations they did not see.

Have fun, but always follow the crew's instructions. Your safety and everyone's day come first.
