- 120 minutes jet ski ride.
- Maximum 4 jet skis on each tour.
- 1 or 2 persons per jet ski.
- Jet Ski ride along the south coast of Lanzarote.
- Guide in a motorboat who will escort the tour.
- Jet Ski company insurance.
- Life jacket and wetsuit.
- Storage place to leave belongings.
- Free pick-up service from your hotel.
Jet Ski Lanzarote Information
- Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
- Wear swimwear and bring a towel and sunscreen.
- The jet ski crew speaks several languages.
- A maximum of 4 jet skis can participate in this trip.
- Try not to eat anything 2 hours before jet skiing.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- From the age of 16 you are allowed to jet ski in Lanzarote. You do need permission from your parents or guardian.
- You will be asked to remove your shoes. Shoes and slippers will be kept in a storage box in the harbor.
- You may choose whether you want to wear a wetsuit or not.
- Not recommended during pregnancy.
Jet Ski Lanzarote – Meeting Point
- Meeting point: Puerto del Carmen.
- You should attend at least 10 minutes before departure time.
- The guide will pick you up in front of the gate, and then escort you to the jet ski’s.
- Open the location on google maps, find here the departure location.
- If you come to the departure point by yourself and want to use the drop-off service afterwards, indicate it on the order note.
Jet Ski Lanzarote Policy
- If your booked time or day isn’t available, we’ll get in touch to find a solution. If no other options work, you get a full refund.
- Jet ski safaris need good weather. If canceled due to bad weather, you get a new date or a full refund.
- Need to change your date or cancel? Do so up to 2 days before the trip without any added charges. Reach out to us at office@clubcanary.com.
- For cancellations within 1-2 days, we retain your deposit.
- Cancellations made under 24 hours result in an extra fee of 50% of the balance amount, in addition to the forfeiture of your deposit.
- If you’re under 24, bring your ID; it’s a must.
- No refund if you don’t cancel or show up late on the tour day.
- Customers arriving drunk or causing trouble won’t be allowed and won’t get a refund.
