Pick Two Days And Book
One day for the boat (09:30 or 12:30), a different day for the stars, both at least 4 days from now, the stars not on your last night. Give us your hotel for the stargazing pick-up. You pay a deposit now and the rest on each day: 30€ per adult or 20€ per child on the boat, 40€ per person in cash to the stargazing guide. That is why you can lock both small group days months ahead without paying everything upfront.

Meet at Puerto Colón, Gate 0, 10 minutes before sailing. About 3 hours on a sailing yacht with maximum 10 guests, resident pilot whales, a swim stop, food and unlimited drinks. Pay the boat balance on board: 30€ per adult, 20€ per child. Everything about this day.

The Stargazing Night
A small van collects you in the south, sunset above the clouds, tapas picnic, then the telescope at 2,200 meters in Teide National Park. English only, back around 22:45. Pay the stargazing balance to the guide: 40€ per person, cash only. Everything about this night.

What Is Included In The Whales & Stars Package
- Atlantic Star whale watching: about 3 hours, shared trip, maximum 10 guests, licensed yellow flag boat.
- Food and unlimited drinks on the boat: sandwiches and snacks, water, soft drinks, wine, beer, sangria and cava.
- Plaukimo stotelė: a dip in a calm bay, weather permitting, snorkel gear on board.
- Small group stargazing: maximum 8 in the van, English only, Celestron Evolution 8 telescope.
- Sunset tapas picnic: Canarian tapas with champagne and soft drinks before the telescope session.

Good To Know Before You Book The Package

Apmokėjimas: A deposit online confirms the package. The rest is paid on the two days, exactly the normal balance of each tour: on the boat 30€ per adult or 20€ per child (card or cash), to the stargazing guide 40€ per person in cash only, there is no card machine on the mountain. The amounts are repeated in your confirmation email.
Why A Deposit: Because it keeps booking ahead easy. You lock both small group days now, while there is still space, and pay the balance when you are here. Same system as every Club Canary trip.
Choosing Your Days: Two different days, each at least 4 days after booking. Boat early in the holiday, stars not on your last night. Both days are confirmed by our office within 24 hours; if one is full we offer the nearest alternative first.
The Boat Day: Puerto Colón, Costa Adeje, Gate 0, in front of the Yubari sushi restaurant. Sailing at 09:30 or 12:30, about 3 hours. Be at the gate 10 minutes before. Swimwear, towel and sunscreen. The boat runs on a strict schedule and cannot wait.
The Stargazing Night: Pick-up around 18:15 in Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos, shifting 10 to 20 minutes with the sunset; the exact time is on your ticket and the guide sends WhatsApp updates. Apartment? Give us the nearest hotel. Back around 22:45. Warm layers and closed shoes. English only. Keep your phone active on the day.
Vaikai: Ages 1 to 9 pay the child price on both days. The boat is calm and child friendly. The mountain is a late, cold evening, best for children who are happy to stay up and wrap up warm. Under 1 year: ask us first.

What happens if the weather cancels one of the days?
The captain and the guide decide on the day for your safety. If the operator cancels a day, you choose a new date for that day or get that day's deposit refunded in full. The other day stays as booked and keeps the package discount. This is why we ask you not to book the stargazing on your last night: a cloudy sky needs a spare evening.
Can I cancel one of the two activities and keep the other?
Yes. Each day follows the cancellation terms of its own product page. If you cancel one day inside its free cancellation window, that day's deposit is refunded minus the package discount, and the day you keep becomes a normal single booking at its normal price. Cancel both days inside both windows and the full deposit is refunded.

Package Booking Policy
Thank you for booking the Whales & Stars package with Club Canary. The package does not invent new rules: each day keeps the rules of its own product page. These lines only explain how the deposit and the package discount behave.
Deposit, Balance And Confirmation
- The deposit paid online confirms the package. The balance of each tour is paid on its own day: 30€ per adult or 20€ per child on board the boat, 40€ per person in cash to the stargazing guide. The amounts are repeated in your confirmation email.
- Within 24 hours you receive one confirmation email with both days and one e-ticket per day.
- If one of your days is not available, we offer the nearest alternative before anything is final. If no alternative suits you, the deposit is refunded in full.
Booking And Dates
- Minimum 2 guests, maximum 8 guests per booking. Larger groups by email.
- Two different days, each at least 4 days after the booking date. Sailing times in the package: 09:30 or 12:30.
- Date changes are free when the new day has space. Ask as early as you can.
Cancellation By You
- Each day follows its own cancellation terms, exactly as published on the Atlantic Star page ir Stargazing page.
- The package discount applies only while you keep both days.
- Cancel one day inside its free window: that day's deposit is refunded minus the package discount, and the day you keep becomes a normal single booking at its normal price and deposit. Example: you cancel the stargazing, the Atlantic Star stays booked as a normal 65€ trip, and you receive the stargazing deposit back minus the 15€ discount.
- Cancel one day outside its free window: that day follows its own late cancellation terms, and the day you keep stays at the package price.
- Cancel both days inside both windows: the full deposit is refunded.
Cancellation By The Operator
- Weather and sea conditions are decided by the captain and the guide on the day, for your safety.
- If the operator cancels a day, you choose a new date for that day or get that day's deposit refunded in full. The other day stays as booked and keeps the package discount.
- No refund is due for a day that runs but is shortened or changed by conditions on the spot, for example fewer whales, cloud over part of the sky, or a skipped swim stop. The Atlantic Star's own guarantee rules apply only when the guarantee is booked on the Atlantic Star page.
Tą dieną
- Boat day: be at Puerto Colón 10 minutes before sailing. The boat cannot wait, and a missed sailing follows the Atlantic Star no-show terms.
- Stargazing: be ready at the pick-up point at the time on your ticket with your phone active. A missed pick-up follows the stargazing no-show terms.
- Follow the crew and the guide. The captain and the guide may adjust or end a trip for safety.
