We collect you near your hotel between 08:30 and 09:10 depending on your zone, drive you straight to the aquarium in Las Palmas, and bring you back to the same stop after the 16:00 departure. There are five pickup zones across the south. Zone 1 Meloneras at 08:30, Zone 2 Maspalomas at 08:40, Zone 3 Maspalomas and La Sandía at 08:50, Zone 4 Playa del Inglés at 09:00 oraz Zone 5 San Agustín and Bahía Feliz at 09:10. The coach leaves Poema del Mar at 16:00 and takes you back to your original pickup stop. Club Canary will not promise you a minute, because the return runs on public roads and the traffic varies, so treat it as a late afternoon return rather than a fixed time. No, and Club Canary would rather you knew before you got on the coach. Poema del Mar is a pure aquarium, so there are no dolphin, sea lion or parrot shows and no show times to plan around. You walk the route at your own pace, from the jungle habitats through the coral reefs to the deep ocean tank. Our advice: that is why 2 hours is enough, and why we build this as a Las Palmas day rather than an aquarium day, with free time in the city afterwards.

Quite a lot, and it is the part people do not expect. Las Canteras, one of the finest city beaches in Spain, is a short walk away with a long promenade full of restaurants. The old town of Vegueta has the cathedral, cobbled streets and the Columbus house. Around Triana you will find the main shopping streets. Club Canary deliberately built the coach timing around this: aquarium in the morning, lunch by the sea, then the city until the 16:00 return. Bring swimwear if you fancy the beach, it really is that close.

The latest Club Canary can take a booking for the next departure is 19:00 the evening before. If you are booking for tomorrow and it is already after 14:00, message us first so we can check there is still space, because seats are limited and the coach runs a fixed route. Every booking goes on hold until we confirm your seat with the transport company. Pay by card or PayPal and nothing is collected while it is on hold. With other methods the payment goes through but we refund you straight away if the coach is full. You never pay for a seat you did not get.

Wednesdays and Fridays only. There is no service on other days, so pick one of those two when you choose your date. Your aquarium ticket is valid any day the aquarium is open, which is why Club Canary always suggests booking the ticket for the same Wednesday or Friday as the coach. If your dates in Gran Canaria do not cover a Wednesday or a Friday, message us and we will tell you honestly whether there is another way to get there.

There is only one coach in the morning, so a missed pickup means no later departure and no refund. Be at your stop 5 minut wcześniej, because the coach has a long route through five zones and cannot wait. If it does happen and you make your own way to Las Palmas, tell Club Canary straight away and we will ask the driver about a seat on the return coach. It is a courtesy rather than a guarantee, but we will always try.
