Through a deeply moving musical and visual performance, Compañía Pieles brings to life the memory and customs of the islands' ancestors: life in the fields, by the sea and at home. About Compañía Pieles
Compañía Pieles is one of the most awarded traditional Canarian music groups in the islands, adored by local audiences, institutions and visitors alike. Over more than ten years they have performed 300+ shows across and beyond the Canaries, with several acclaimed residency seasons at the famous Jameos del Agua in Lanzarote, and even represented the Canary Islands at Expo Milan.
Their work is known for rescuing cultural traditions that had fallen out of use and for genuine ethnographic research, which has made them a leading name in stage creation rooted in Canarian identity.
