- You may cancel for free up to 8 dní pred cestou.
- Zrušiť medzi 4 and 8 days before: you lose the full down payment.
- Zrušiť medzi 2 a 4 dni before: you lose the down payment plus a fine of 100€ per hour booked.
- Zrušiť less than 2 days before: you lose the down payment and also pay 90% of the remaining balance that was due on the day.
- Please understand there are no exceptions. A small down payment does not cover the loss caused by no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

- If you are late on the day, that time is deducted from your trip. If the boat leaves late due to the crew, the lost time is added back.
