Departures between 09:00 and 16:00 have no extra charge. A later departure at 17:00 or 18:00 adds 80€, paid on arrival. Hotel pickup is optional and works both ways, collected before the trip and brought back after: pickup from the main areas near the harbour adds around 100€, and pickup from areas further south adds around 140€, both paid on arrival. Important Information

- Meeting point: Port of Los Cristianos, excursions dock, Zone B. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure, and a guide will meet you at the gate and bring you to the Neptuno. Full directions and the meeting map are on your Club Canary ticket.
- Parking is available in the port area for around 1.20€ per hour. If you prefer not to drive, add the optional pickup service when booking, very useful for large groups.
Lunch and drinks are included on every trip. The standard menu is rice with vegetables, meatballs in tomato sauce, coleslaw, bread and fruit. Drinks include water, soft drinks, beer and wine. Paella (chicken or seafood) is available by request for an extra charge, depending on group size, paid on the day.
The Boat And Crew- The Neptuno is around 30 metres, licensed for up to 22 guests and most comfortable for around 15. Thanks to its official license, there is a very good chance to spot whales and dolphins.
- It is operated by two professional crew, a skipper and a sailor, regulated by the Port Authority of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
- On board you will find sunbathing areas, shaded seating, a toilet and a small changing area.
- For safety, shoes are removed and stored until the boat returns.
- Smoking is only allowed at the back of the boat.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Avoid alcohol before boarding and try not to board on an empty stomach, to reduce seasickness. If you are sensitive, take a travel tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
- Wheelchairs cannot be used on board due to limited space, but there is a ramp for boarding and the crew is happy to assist.

This private boat trip depends on good weather. If it is cancelled due to unsafe conditions, you can choose a new date or get a full refund.
Cancellation Terms
- You may cancel for free up to 8 days before the trip.
- Cancel between 4 and 8 days before: you lose the full down payment.
- Cancel between 2 and 4 days before: you lose the down payment plus a fine of 100€ per hour booked.
- Cancel less than 2 days before: you lose the down payment and also pay 90% of the remaining balance that was due on the day.
- Please understand there are no exceptions. A small down payment does not cover the loss caused by no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Timing, Meals And Seasickness
- If you are late on the day, that time is deducted from your trip. If the boat leaves late due to the crew, the lost time is added back.
- Food allergies or special meal requests must be written in the order note when booking.
- If you get seasick and the captain has to change the route, there is no refund.
Route On The Longer Trips
The longer trips normally include Los Gigantes. However, if the weather does not allow reaching Los Gigantes, the captain may adjust the route, and this cannot be a reason for a refund.
