Good to know: the Neptuno is an economical private boat from Los Cristianos (excursions dock, Zone B), licensed for up to 22 guests and most comfortable for around 15, unlike most Tenerife yachts capped at 12. Choose a 3, 4 or 6-hour trip (the 6-hour reaches Los Gigantes). Lunch and drinks are included, with paella by request for an extra charge. There are no water toys or snorkels, bring your own if you'd like to snorkel. Two crew (skipper and sailor), whale and dolphin watching licensed. About The Neptuno Boat

The Neptuno boat Tenerife is about 30 meters long. For comfort, we recommend it for around 15 people, but up to 22 can join. Keep in mind, this is an economical boat. There are no water toys, no snorkels, no fishing rods, and no slides. What you get is a safe boat, a captain, a crew member, food, and drinks. If you'd like to snorkel, you're welcome to bring your own equipment.

🍽️ Food And Drinks

Every trip includes drinks and a simple meal on board:

Drinks: water, soft drinks, beer, and wine.
Menu: rice with vegetables, meatballs in tomato sauce, coleslaw, bread, and fruit.
Would you like paella instead? That's possible for an extra charge. Just write in the order note if you want chicken or seafood paella. The extra cost depends on your group size and can be paid on the day.

🚐 Pickup Service

Pickup is not included in the price, but can be added:

From the main areas near the harbour: around 100€.
From areas a bit further away on the south side of Tenerife: around 140€.

Important Information

Ticket & Payment

Don't forget your Club Canary ticket. You can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy.
The balance of the cost can be paid on the day in cash or by card.

Meeting Point & Parking

Meeting point: Port of Los Cristianos, excursions dock, zone B. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. A guide will meet you at the gate and bring you to the Neptuno boat.
Parking is available in the port area for about 1.20€ per hour. If you prefer not to drive, Club Canary offers an optional pickup service. This is not included in the price but can be booked in advance, very useful for large groups.

Food & Drinks

Lunch and drinks are included on every Los Cristianos private boat trip. The standard menu is rice with vegetables, meatballs in tomato sauce, coleslaw, bread, and fruit. Drinks include water, soft drinks, beer, and wine. Paella (chicken or seafood) is also available by request for an extra charge, depending on your group size, paid on the day.

The Boat & Crew

The Neptuno boat Tenerife has a license for up to 22 people, though it is most comfortable for around 15. Thanks to its official license, there is a very good chance to spot whales and dolphins on this Los Cristianos boat hire.
The boat is operated by two professional crew members, a skipper and a sailor, regulated by the Port Authority of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Facilities on board include sunbathing areas, shaded seating, a toilet, and a small changing area.

Onboard & Safety

For safety, shoes must be removed and will be stored until the boat returns.
Smoking is only allowed at the back of the boat.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please avoid alcohol before boarding and try not to get on with an empty stomach, to reduce the chance of seasickness. If you are sensitive, take a travel sickness tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
Wheelchairs cannot be used onboard due to limited space, but there is a ramp for boarding, and the crew is happy to assist.

Weather

This private boat trip depends on good weather. If it is cancelled due to unsafe conditions, you can choose a new date or get a full refund.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel for free up to 8 days before the trip.
If you cancel between 4 and 8 days before, you will lose the full down payment.
If you cancel between 2 and 4 days before, you will lose the down payment plus a fine of 100€ per hour booked.
If you cancel less than 2 days before, you will lose the down payment and must also pay 90% of the remaining balance that was due on the day.
Please understand there are no exceptions. By booking, you agree to these terms. A small down payment does not cover the loss caused by no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Timing, Meals & Seasickness

If you are late on the day, this time will be deducted from your trip. If the boat leaves late due to the crew, the lost time will be added back.
Food allergies or special meal requests must be written in the order note when booking.
If you get seasick and the captain has to change the route, there is no refund.

Route (6-Hour Trip)

The 6-hour trip normally includes Los Gigantes. However, if the weather conditions do not allow reaching Los Gigantes, the captain may adjust the route, and this cannot be a reason for a refund.

Complaints

Any refund requests or complaints must be addressed directly with the crew on the day of your trip. The crew is very professional and friendly, and the Neptuno boat has received many positive reviews, but we must clearly explain the rules.
