Why per trip matters. On our shared dolphin boat the guarantee is 15€ per person. For a group of twelve that would be 180€. Here it is a flat 75€ however many of you there are, so the bigger your group, the better the private guarantee gets.
What counts as a sighting. Dolphins or whales within 30 metres of the boat, even just a fin, at any point in the trip.
How to claim. Tell the captain or crew at the end of the trip that you booked the Guarantee. The WIDACA crew confirms with Club Canary whether anything was seen. Claims must be made the same day, and later requests are not accepted.
When it does not apply. If the trip is cut short by weather, motion sickness or your own request, the Guarantee is void. In that case the 75€ is refunded to you.
Our right to withdraw it. We may cancel the Guarantee up to 12 hours before departure if bad weather is expected, if calima or a sandstorm cuts visibility, or in unusual conditions. The 75€ is refunded if already paid.

Thank you for booking your private charter with Club Canary. A private booking holds the boat and captain for your group alone, so please read these terms before you book.
Avbokningspolicy
- Avboka upp till 7 dagar före turen för full återbetalning.
- Cancel between 4 and 7 days before: 40% of the deposit is refunded.
- Cancel less than 4 days before: the deposit is non-refundable, and you are also charged 90€ per booked hour.
Payment And Invoicing
- You can book with a deposit, and the remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip by card or cash.
- If you need an invoice, request it before the tour. Final invoices are issued after the trip when required.
Safety And Weather
- Your safety comes first. If the captain decides the weather is not suitable, you can reschedule the trip or take a full refund.
- If you decide to end the trip early for personal reasons, for example seasickness, no refund is given for the unused time.

- You can add a Dolphin Guarantee for 75€ per private trip, not per person, on charters of 3 hours or more.
- If no dolphins or whales are seen, the full trip is refunded, excluding the 75€ guarantee fee.
