Our Honest Tip, Come With A Loose Plan
Honestly: this is not a guided tour with a fixed plan. It is a flexible pass, and that is exactly why we like it. The value is the freedom to build your own day. It works best when you arrive with a rough idea of two or three places you really want to see, then use the bus to reach them without rushing.
Our advice: pick two or three stops that matter to you, get off, and take your time. Do not try to visit all 11 stops in one day, or you will spend it riding the bus instead of enjoying the city. Fewer stops and more time at each one is the best way to do it.
First Time In Gran Canaria? Start Here
If it is your first visit and you want our shortlist, these are the stops we would get off for:
Vegueta, the old town. The Cathedral, Casa de Colón and the cobbled streets. This is the heart of the city and our number one. Give it a couple of hours.
Parque Santa Catalina and Las Canteras beach. The lively main square, the cafes and one of the best city beaches in Spain. Great for a walk, a swim or a coffee.
The port and Wilson Quay. Take the boat tour here if your ticket includes it, and see the city from the water.
One museum, if you like museums. The Elder Museum for science and fun with kids, or Museo Canario for the island's history. Skip both if you are not interested in museums.

The City & Boat Pass and Complete Pass add a boat tour along the coast. It runs daily at 11:00 and 16:00, lasts about 1 hour 15 minutes, and leaves from Wilson Quay next to bus stop 9. On board you get a welcome drink and 2 for 1 tapas at the bar. Audio on the boat is in English, Spanish and German. It depends on the weather, so keep your day flexible in case the sea is too rough.

Good To Know, Times And Stops
Runs: Daily, 10:10 to 17:00. A bus comes by about every 35 minutes, and the full loop is around 75 minutes.
Rutt: 11 stops around Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The main start point is Parque Santa Catalina.
Guided Vegueta walking tour: Monday to Saturday at 13:00, included on all tickets. Meet at the Vegueta Catedral stop, in front of Teatro Guiniguada.
Meeting point, no hotel pickup: This is a hop on hop off bus, so there is no transfer from your hotel. You board at any of the 11 stops. The easiest place to start is Parque Santa Catalina, and you show your voucher to the driver.
Audio: On-board commentary in 8 languages. Boat audio is in English, Spanish and German.
