This is a flexible pass, not a guided tour. Turn up knowing two or three places you want to see and it is a great day. Sit on the bus all day with no idea and it is just a long loop. So Club Canary gives you the plan, pass by pass.

Made for a day in port.

Las Palmas is a big cruise stop and the loop starts a short walk from the ship, at Parque Santa Catalina. Old town, museums, beach and port on one circle, and you decide when to head back to the boat.

Vegueta first, then the beach.

Hop off in Vegueta for the cathedral, Casa de Colón and the guided walking tour, with the little San Antonio Abad chapel on the way. Then back to Santa Catalina for Las Canteras beach and a coffee. Two stops, done properly, that is the day.

Add the boat tour from Wilson Quay, next to stop 9, morning or afternoon, about an hour and a quarter. Plus the Elder Museum, the fun one if you have kids. The sea decides if the boat goes, so keep the day loose.

Complete Pass, The Plan

Two days, all the museums.

Only worth it if you sleep in Las Palmas and actually like museums: Museo Canario, the cathedral, Castillo de la Luz and a guided Casa de Colón. Off a ship for one day? Skip it, take one of the one day passes.

Tourist Trap?

A little. And still fun.

Yes, you could reach some of this on the local bus for less. But the open top, the story in your own language and zero planning is the whole point. If the money is not the issue, it is a relaxed way to see a lot of city in one day. Club Canary says that out loud so you choose with open eyes.

Our Honest Tip, Come With A Loose Plan

Honestly: this is not a guided tour with a fixed plan. It is a flexible pass, and that is exactly why we like it. The value is the freedom to build your own day. It works best when you arrive with a rough idea of two or three places you really want to see, then use the bus to reach them without rushing.

Our advice: pick two or three stops that matter to you, get off, and take your time. Do not try to visit all 11 stops in one day, or you will spend it riding the bus instead of enjoying the city. Fewer stops and more time at each one is the best way to do it.

Vegueta, the old town. The Cathedral, Casa de Colón and the cobbled streets. This is the heart of the city and our number one. Give it a couple of hours.

Parque Santa Catalina and Las Canteras beach. The lively main square, the cafes and one of the best city beaches in Spain. Great for a walk, a swim or a coffee.

The port and Wilson Quay. Take the boat tour here if your ticket includes it, and see the city from the water.

One museum, if you like museums. The Elder Museum for science and fun with kids, or Museo Canario for the island's history. Skip both if you are not interested in museums.
