The Only Exception
- A real doctor or hospital paper that says you cannot take part, dated before the tour or the same morning. It covers the person named on it, not the whole group. For everything else, your travel insurance is the right route; ask us for a written booking confirmation for your claim.

Las Palmas is a big port and a big city, and most cruise guests see the city and nothing else. The island behind it is the surprise: green towns with wooden balconies in the north, a volcano crater you can look into, and in the south a harbour with canals and a desert of dunes next to the sea.
